Education:

Dr. Edmister graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Music. In 1999, he obtained his Doctorate of Philosophy in Medical Physics from Harvard – MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. In 2000, Dr. Edmister received his Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School, graduating Magna cum Laude. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Wisconsin in 2001. Dr. Edmister continued his medical career at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, completing a residency in diagnostic radiology in 2005, followed by a radiology fellowship in Cardiothoracic Imaging in 2006.

Experience:

Dr. Edmister has co-authored numerous articles and research papers in the area of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He has also presented at multiple national and international radiological annual meetings. Dr. Edmister joined Desert Radiologists in 2006.
