Education:

Dr. Creed completed his undergraduate studies at California Lutheran College, graduating in 1972 with his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Arizona Medical School in 1975. Dr. Creed completed his internship at L.D.S. Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He finished his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Dr. Creed remained at the University of Arizona for an additional year, serving as Chief Resident, Clinical Instructor and Fellow in CT/Ultrasound.

Experience:

Dr. Creed joined Desert Radiologists in 1983. He served as General Medical Officer for the Indian Health Services on the Navajo Reservation in Northern Arizona, for three years, prior to his residency training.
